Welcome to Word of Life!
We desire to impact the lives of children with the Word of God in a fun, dynamic way. This program is based upon Biblical Principles. We believe that the Word of God makes the difference in the life of a child. Children are a blessing from God and as a parent or guardian you have been entrusted with the responsibility of helping them to know and love the Lord.
Biblical Principles Word of Life is based upon:
--"Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age."Mathew 28:19-20(NIV)

Scripture Memory:
Word of Life is composed of a Bible Study, a Quiet Time and Scripture Memory. Upon registration, each child will receive a Devotional Book, and Scripture Memory Cards to study.
Gopher Buddies (ages 4-Grade K) will learn 10 verses to memory during the course of the first year.
Olympians:
Challengers (1st & 2nd Grade) will learn 12 verses per year.
Conquerors (3rd & 4th Grade) will learn 18 verses per year.
Champions (5th & 6th Grade) will learn 24 verses per year.
Bible Study:
Gopher Buddies will study six foundational Biblical truths, four character trait studies, and holiday and theme night lessons during the year.
Olymipans (composed of Challengers, Conquerors, & Champions) will in six years (those starting the program in 1st grade) cover every book of the Bible. Each year, they will study 16 Old Testament lessons and 14 New Testament lessons. With extra lessons such as holiday lessons and theme night lessons built in, there is a total of 48 lessons per year.
Quiet Time:
Gopher Buddies Quiet Time Diary allows each child to learn how God speaks to them through the Bible and that they can talk to God through prayer.
Olympians will learn to develop intimacy with God through prayer and systematic daily reading of the Word with personal application.
